Trajexis uses YouTube API Services to collect public channel data for longitudinal creator analytics research. No user OAuth authorization or Google sign-in is currently implemented.

Data and purposes
We access public channel identifiers, subscriber counts, view counts, video counts and subscriber-visibility flags through the YouTube Data API. Occasional discovery uses publication dates and search provenance; an earlier discovery pilot also stored channel titles. We use these data to maintain a reproducible collection history and evaluate collection quality.
The current forward collector does not fetch comments, video content, thumbnails, descriptions or private account analytics. It performs no write actions, scraping, playback or advertising. No Trajexis score or derived analytics is currently generated.
Retention and deletion
Current operation follows STANDARD_30D. Statistical snapshots and their acquisition records expire within 30 days. Automatic retention removes eligible expired records rather than replacing historical values with current ones. Temporary discovery metadata also requires timely deletion or refresh.
Legacy pilot copies have a separate documented remediation obligation; not every backup or historical repository copy is automatically purged by the collector. The operator must complete that remediation and apply deadlines to backups and exports.
Longer storage is not active. Any future retention of eligible statistics or derived metrics for up to 36 calendar months is conditional on YouTube accepting the relevant use case and a separate reviewed activation. Unrelated metadata does not receive that extension.
Privacy and deletion requests may be sent to the contact above. The operator reviews requests and applies the applicable YouTube deletion requirements. A request can identify the relevant public channel without providing an API key or Google password. No OAuth token revocation flow is applicable today.
Sharing and security
No sale of YouTube API Data is implemented. Google receives the API requests; current research storage is local PostgreSQL. The public review site is separate from the local research database; no research database or applicant profile is uploaded to its host.
Credentials are kept outside version control and out of persisted request metadata and operational logs. Access is limited to the local operator; source provenance and retention checks support auditing. We do not claim an unverified security certification or encryption-at-rest configuration.
This static review site
These pages include no analytics, cookies, third-party JavaScript, forms, advertising or remote fonts. This static site at trajexis.com is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes connection and request information to deliver and secure the site; this is distinct from Trajexis analytics tracking. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Trajexis does not add browser tracking, analytics scripts or cookies. External links have their own policies.
Google and YouTube
See the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service. Trajexis is independent from YouTube and does not own YouTube API Data.
